Important Note: Currently, the Yew Mysteries do not offer a teacher - training program allowing former students or first level initiates to teach or share the content of the Yew Mysteries in the form of online events, workshops, schools or public talks.

To begin to understand and to work in synchronicity with what I refer to as the ‘Mind of the Yew’ takes a very long time – at least 20 years for starters! One or two experiences with the yew – as dramatic as those experiences might appear - is  emphatically, not enough. One has to work quietly and alone with the yew for many years before being ready to share its wisdom and important message with the world. The tiny handful of us who currently teach and work with the yew have been doing so for up to 40 years in some cases.

All official Yew Mysteries events will be listed on this website. The Yew Mysteries do not endorse any other events, workshops, schools or individuals purporting to offer wisdom or teachings/practices as given from the ancient yew trees of the British Isles or elsewhere.

There are various ways you can participate in the Yew Mysteries 5 Level Training

  • Levels must be taken sequentially: for example, students who have not completed levels 1 & 2 cannot register for level 3
  • Levels can be taken in sequence at different locations: For example, a student may choose to take levels 1-3 in Scotland and levels 4-5 in Wales
  • Students who complete levels 1-3 in USA will be invited to UK to participate in levels 4 & 5: Levels 4 & 5 are not being offered in USA at this time
  • Levels 1 & 2 are usually offered together over a weekend or as a two - day workshop (check individual workshop details for exceptions)
  • It is highly recommended that students sign up for levels 1-3 when offered together
  • In some cases students may repeat a level or multiple levels at a reduced rate if they have previously completed those levels. Prices might vary depending on location
  • Students must complete all levels within 5 years. Otherwise students will be required to repeat previous levels
