DESCRIPTION:(Open to students who have completed levels 1-3)  \nChambers of the Eternal. At this stage of the Yew Mysteries the student is led to use their senses differently through working with specific ‘chambers’ in the body - what I refer to as the Chambers of the Eternal - including the heart and the third ventricle within the head. These chambers function as doorways into a level of ‘sensing’ that is not coupled to the activity of the physical senses. The student then gains the capacity for an ‘original sensing’ that is brought together with a subtle use of the hands as a healing practice. Drawing on over 30 -  years of direct experience with these beings in his native Scotland\, Wales and also in the USA\, Michael will focus on how we might begin to incarnate the forces of Annwn as organs of perception\, communion and healing with the Sidhe. To support this work Michael will focus on a specific teaching from the Yew Mysteries that concerns the significance of iron and the startling function of that metal as forming a bond between the Shining Ones\, human incarnation and the blood. SUMMARY:Sacred Yew Exhibition - Janis Fry and Valerie James
DESCRIPTION:The Sacred Yew Exhibition in the oriel CRiC gallery will include work by painter Janis Fry and ceramicist Valerie James. \nJanis was awe struck in 1975 by the 1\,000 year old Aberglasney Yew tunnel. Since then she has gone on to research and write books and articles on the Yew\, becoming an acknowledged specialist in ancient yews. The paintings to be shown at the CRiC Studio are an attempt to convey something of her enduring passion for this immortal giant. DESCRIPTION:The Fairy & Human Relations Congress is an annual event held in the Methow Valley in Washington State. The Congress is dedicated to Promoting Communication and Co-Creation with Nature Spirits\, Devas and the Faery Realms. \nJoin Michael for these two workshops\nMerlin and the Ancient Yew Trees of Wales\nDuring the Fall of 2015 Michael taught the Yew Mysteries in Wales at a site surrounded by 12 ancient yews that had once been a training ground for Merlin. Wales is home to large number of ancient yews; in fact there are more yews concentrated in Wales than anywhere else on Earth! Michael will show images of these yew sites and explain why they were central to the magical and healing practices of Merlin and to the work of the Grail Saints. \nSacred Mountain Pilgrimage\nMichael was first summoned to the summit of the sacred mountain at Skalitude in 2012\, his first year at the congress. (Lindsey has named the mountain as PanchenMama) At the summit he communed with a number of beautiful etheric beings who shared information about their nature and purpose. These beings also emitted a\nsound similar to that generated by the Sasquatch. Michael has made a pilgrimage to the summit of the mountain every year since. This year the mountain beings are requesting that Michael bring a few friends with him! At the summit the group will gather in silence and stillness to commune with the beings. \nThe pilgrimage will take approximately 4.5 hours\, leaving in the morning and back for lunch. You will need sturdy walking shoes or hiking boots and a pack that can carry a lot of water as well as snacks. Please bring a sun hat and sunscreen if required. The trail is steep\, rocky and relatively arduous at times. The pace will be moderate. Who is in?

DESCRIPTION:Michael began the study of Craniosacral Therapy with Donald Howitt D.O. in Edinburgh and has been in practice for 20 years. He has attended workshops with the embryologist Jaap Van der Wal as well as with the late Dr Alan Pelowski\, founder of the South African Institute of Cranial Studies. Michael's understanding of\, and commitment to the biodynamic model of craniosacral continues to be inspired by his work with the Yew Mysteries. He is currently teaching a two-year foundation training in Biodynamic Craniosacral in Northampton\, Western MA.
